Acceptance, Scope and Language

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marsbahis gambling platform and related services (the "Platform"). By registering for, signing into, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Parties and Intellectual Property

Marsbahis is the operator of the Platform. All content, software, and materials on the Platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by Marsbahis. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content unless expressly permitted by Marsbahis in writing.

Changes to the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on the Platform and will take effect upon posting. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is unacceptable, you should cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section on Termination.

Legal Requirements, Eligibility and Prohibited Use

• You must be of a legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to form a binding contract. Marsbahis reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close accounts that fail verification or breach age requirements.
• Use of the Platform is prohibited where regulated by law, including jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Marsbahis may restrict access or refuse service to customers located in or resident in certain jurisdictions and reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without notice where necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Account Opening, Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

To open an account, you must provide accurate information, including contact details, and establish secure login credentials. Marsbahis may require documentation to verify identity, age and residence. Acceptable documents may include government‑issued identity documents, proofs of address, and other materials as requested. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and loss of winnings.

You shall promptly update any information that changes and you acknowledge that misrepresentation or failure to verify may lead to account termination or loss of funds.

Politically Exposed Persons and customers from high‑risk jurisdictions may be subject to enhanced verification procedures. Marsbahis will communicate additional requirements when applicable.

Security, Confidentiality and Financial Integrity

You must safeguard your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Marsbahis immediately. Marsbahis shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to notify the operator promptly.

In the course of security reviews, Marsbahis may request additional documentation to confirm identity and ownership of accounts or funds. You consent to such checks and agree to cooperate fully.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Security

• Deposits must be made from funds belonging to the account holder and registered in the name used to open the Marsbahis account. Third‑party deposits are prohibited and may result in forfeit of funds and account closure.
• All payments into your account must be authorized and traceable to you. You may be required to provide sources of funds for large deposits or unusual activity, including documentation such as payslips or bank statements.
• Marsbahis reserves the right to require additional verification prior to processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be withheld or rejected if verification is incomplete or the funds are the subject of a hold, dispute, or fraud investigation.
• Payments and withdrawals are processed in accordance with Marsbahis internal policies and applicable law. Marsbahis may set reasonable processing times, fees, and limits which will be communicated to you prior to use.

Promotions, Bonuses and Vouchers

Promotions offered by Marsbahis are governed by separate promotional terms and conditions. Each promotion will specify eligibility, wagering or turnover requirements, applicable games, time limits, and any restrictions on use. Marsbahis reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion, and to disqualify participants if fraud, abuse or suspicious betting patterns are detected. You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before participation.

Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Marsbahis may monitor activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse or collusion. Examples include repeated identical bets across multiple accounts, unusual wagering with the goal of guaranteeing profit, or other actions that artificially manipulate outcomes. In such cases, Marsbahis may confiscate bonus winnings, suspend or close accounts, and reclaim funds as appropriate under these Terms and applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

You shall not: (i) wager using accounts opened in the name of another person; (ii) engage in money laundering, misappropriation, or any illegal activity; (iii) attempt to defeat security measures or manipulate platform functionality. Marsbahis may take measures including account suspension, fund forfeiture, or legal action to prevent fraud or illegal activity.

Cookies, Privacy and Data Handling

Marsbahis uses cookies and collects data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By using the Platform you consent to such data collection and processing as described in the policies. You may manage cookies or withdraw consent in line with policy provisions; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Content, IP and Linking

All material on the Platform, including games, software, graphics, and text, is owned by or licensed to Marsbahis. You grant Marsbahis a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to any content you submit in connection with the Platform, including but not limited to customer communications, for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Platform.

You shall not publish content that infringes third‑party rights or is unlawful. Marsbahis may remove or block content that breaches these Terms and reserves the right to monitor, filter or remove content where appropriate.

Liability, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marsbahis excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform. Marsbahis does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and there may be periods of downtime or delays due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond its control. The aggregate liability of Marsbahis for direct losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the total deposits made by you in the preceding twelve months, unless otherwise required by law. Marsbahis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination, Suspension and Closure of Accounts

Marsbahis may suspend or close your account, or withhold or reclaim funds, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to provide verification, or for any other reason in the operator's sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by following the closure process, subject to any outstanding bets, withdrawals, or obligations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith and, if unresolved, by the competent courts with jurisdiction designated by Marsbahis in accordance with applicable law.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable policies and promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marsbahis concerning the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Assignment: Marsbahis may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights without Marsbahis’ prior written consent.
• Notices: Any notices given under these Terms will be validly served if in writing and dispatched in accordance with Marsbahis’ internal procedures.
• Force Majeure: Marsbahis shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
